How Early Do Buses Start At Resorts?

I will be heading to the WDW in November and we are planning to rope drop parks every morning. We were planning on doing AK and Flight of Passage right away during Early Magic Hours. What is the earliest that the buses show up at All Star Sports? I was reading a strategy article and it said to get to AK at 7AM for an 8AM opening. I was reading that buses only start 45-60 minutes before park opening. Is that right? I have never done a rope drop at WDW so I'm worried if we use the Disney buses we will show up and have a huge line out front.

Any help and suggestions would be helpful.

Oh thats awesome! So in the case of Early Morning Magic Hours at AK, what time would the first bus arrive at the resort?

Rule:

(copied from above) Buses start about an hour (or is it 45 minutes) before park opening or 6:30 AM whichever comes first.

Consequences:

First bus will probably arrive at the resort sometime between 65 minutes before park opening and 40 minutes before park opening.

The former could occur if nominal bus start time is 60 minutes before park opening. The latter could occur if the nominal start time is 45 minutes before opening but if you got there exactly an hour before opening then the first bus would not have already departed..

The second bus would probably arrive 30 minutes after the first, unless there was a decent sized crowd waiting. Unless needed, the first few buses of the day don't run as often as buses do midday.

Exception: If park opening is after 7:30 AM the the first bus could be expected as early as 6:25.
