How early can you get FP?

Just wondering, when if there is a magic morning at DCA at 7am, can people start pulling FP at 7am or not until 8am when the park officially opens? Also what is open in DCA from 7-8?

7am. At least that is the case if you're using Maxpass. We attended EMH at both parks two weeks ago, and set our first FPs right at EMH opening using Maxpass on both days.
