How early can we be off the Harmony?

We have an 11 am flight the morning of disembarkation. How early can we get off the ship and what is the procedure?

So I know I answered this in the Harmony thread wrt standard disembarkation, but you could also do self-disembarkation, which would leave you tonnes of time to get to the airport. If it's just you and your SO, I would look into it. But if you've got toddlers, or anyone with a disability (which on my last case was true with my niece and my dad), standard disembarkation might be the better option as it means one less thing to worry about when getting off the ship.
