How early can I arrive for Group 2 PAT

My boarding group is 2 and my PAT is 11:00 AM. Can I arrive at 10:30 or earlier? What time do most people with this PAT arrive?

You can try, but it even states in the folder when your luggage tags show up, NOT to arrive before your assigned PAT or you could be turned away. PAT is pretty well enforced.

I only know for certain that just a few months ago they would turn you around, if you arrived more than 10 min before your PAT - at that time mandatory testing for all was still in place. Not sure, if it's being handled differently more recently.

If your Port Arrival Time is at 11, you should arrive at 11. The last two cruises we had (out of PC - I don't know where you're embarking from) didn't start boarding until around 11:45 so arriving any earlier won't get you onboard any earlier. If you arrive via DCL transportation, you arrive when you arrive, generally speaking and they won't worry about your PAT since they usher you into the building in a group.
