How early are you allowed entry with MVMCP ticket?

I have read that you can enter with that ticket as early as 4PM. I think they have changed how they conduct the enrtry this year.

We were able to get into the Halloween Party at 4pm.

I went to the 10/24 party. They waited until 4:10 before allowing poeple in for the party.

It will probably be the same for the Christmas party. Did they limit you to one area of the park until the event when they let you in at 4 or were you able to use the entire park?

I had 4.15 seating at Tony's, so this I do not know.

I know at about 5.30, you could wander through-out and saw many wristbanded people who appeared to have been there a bit, also wandering through out.
