I'm glad everyone likes it!
Meg~
I so know how you feel! Last season, the same thing sorta happened to me! I was at my first practice of the season and we were scrimaging (my favorite thing!) and I kicked the ball to some one on my team b/c I was blocked, and the other girl that was going for the ball kicked me reallllllllllllly realllllllllllly hard on the side of my foot. I went to the ER after practice and the doctor said it wasn't broken or anything, but we went to the orthepedist. He was trying to find out where it hurt the most and when he squeezed this one part of my foot I almost feel off the table it hurt so much. he made a pen mark on the sport where it hurt the most, and then put a sticker with a lead ball on my foot, so the lead thing was on the pen mark. When I got it x-rayed, the lead turned up as a white dot. this doctor said it was probably a fracture of the growth plate. It hurt for about a month afterwards, and there was nothing they could do!! I think it happened on the day before the first day of school. since I was walking so slow, the teachers though I was knew and I was lost! Anyway, I couldn't play for a month! But, not to be concieted, we were the 7th team in the section, and we came in 2nd place in the tournament. This is my last year playing intramural soccer, so I hope that does NOT happen again!
