How does your Company Offer Day's Off?

At GM if you have over 20 years (I have 25) you get 4 weeks any time you want it.Plus we get 2 week shutdown(1st 2 weeks in July) every year. Then at x-mas we are off 10-12 days paid,that doesn't come off our personal vacation time.So we actually get 8-10 weeks off all together per year,and all holidays(Easter,Memorial Day,Martin Luther King,Labor Day,etc.It is nice to have a union that fought for our time off.
