It shouldn't affect day guests at all. I imagine those who booked the Ultimate Christmas Package will have either a FP loaded to their accounts or a voucher of sorts given them admission.

It doesn’t affect regular park guests. Guests are not purchasing a special event, it’s a Resort Package.

We were planning to specifically hop to AK that evening for FOP- I wasn’t sure where it says “exclusive” access what that means.

AK is open to regular guests through 8p on the 21st. That’s a regular closing time as compared to other days that week.

Package guests will have a lanyard which probably will enable them to bypass the Standby lines.

I thought I saw somewhere the park is open late for package guests. They mention later buses to handle the nighttime access but don't give an exact time. Plus it seems like a later Rivers of Light show since it mentions it is exclusive as well.

We did the Fall into Magic package in September 2018, a similar sounding package, and it included among other things exclusive access to Toy Story land and a special showing of Rivers of light and private access to Expedition Everest.

The park was closed for the night to regular guests during this times. It was all done right after regular hours after the non package guests had left the park. In our case the Toy Story Land access started after Fantasmic ended and guests had vacated the park. The only guests permitted to take advantage of these items were those who had the lanyards and badge indicating they were on the package. There were cast members posted at the entrance to Toy Story Land checking badges and lanyards.
