We don't have Uber in my city, so I'm barely aware of it more than it is a short-term car rental?

Do you need to be a "member" and is there a cost associated with this?

Why Uber instead of a taxi?

Are they available to use from every park/every resort etc at any time?

How far are they from entrances etc.?
