How does transportation work?

Hi everyone,
DBF and I are taking a trip to US/IAO in September, and we bought the flex plus passes that allow us admission to Seaworld and Busch Gardens. We're staying onsite at HRH, and it's my understanding that there is transportation provided to these two parks.

My question is this? Will there just be a bus each morning that we can take to the parks, or is it something we need to call and have arranged?

There are buses to Sea World and Aquatica. You have to get a ticket to reserve a seat. We got ours at the Universal customer service desk at PHB the night before and they pick you up that morning in front of the hotel. I believe there are two runs in the morning and the afternoon. We found the service dependable and very fast.
We didn't use the Busch Gardens transportation but I know it is a little more involved. If I remember, they leave at 8 in the morning at the Universal Parking garage and I believe there is an extra charge for that
