For dining parties of 12 or 15 people....

how is the gratuity figured? is it already added in?
for the 1900 Park Fare dinner....would they charge you ahead of time for a larger party like this?

i would think w/a party of this size, the gratutity would already be figured in. hhhmmm....not sure if they would charge you ahead of time, but might have to give a CC to hold it. that is just a guess. happy eating!
