How does this work?

We're staying at a DtD hotel, so not technically a Disney resort, and will be getting our 2 day tickets through either our TaeKwonDo association or Undercover Tourist (whichever is cheaper). If we order in advance will our MBs be shipped to us and will we get to choose the color? If because we're not staying on property, do we not get MBs? And if that's the case, can we use our MBs from a past trip?? What if we get our tickets from Disney once we get there? Can we use our old MBs or will the give new ones?

You won't receive new MBs. Just link your your tickets to your MDE account and your old MBs will provide the link to the tickets and any FPs you book.

Ooh I forgot to add... What if 1 person in our party no longer has their old MB?

They will have to use their ticket at the park entrances and the FP lines.

You can still add their ticket to MDE and create FP+ reservations for them. They will just use their ticket in place of a MB to enter the parks and FP+ attractions. OR, if you want to spend the money, you can purchase a MB from disneystore .com and attach it to that's person's name in your MDE. They cost around $13-$14 with tax.
