This is what I have planned for our upcoming trip 8/28 - 9/06:

Sat - Arrive WL approx 7:30pm, grab a bite to eat & walk around resort

Sun - MK - Break - MK 6:00 PS LTT Wishes

Mon - MGM - Break - MGM 6:30 PS H&V Fantasmic

Tue - Epcot - Boardwalk - Free time

Wed - Typhoon Lagoon - DTD - Free time

Thu - MK - Break - AKL 6:00 PS Boma

Fri - WL & FW 5:00 PS Hoop dee Doo

Sat - WL - Epcot 5:30 PS LeCellier - Illuminations

Sun - 9:40 PS Chef Mickey - spend the day with Family visiting WDW too

Mon - 9:30 flight back home

On your first night while walking around the resort, consider hopping on the boat to the Contemporary for a ride around the monorail loop. Both the boat and monorail rides in the evening will help get the magic started.

Good plan. Not too restricted. I've seen some people's itineraries down to 15 min incriments! If they can do it, that would be great, but I think you are more realistic. My experience is that you should always be flexible.
