How does the port testing take?

Does anyone know how long it takes to get your test results back when you take the covid test at the port?

Some get their results back very quickly. Some don’t. On our two cruises, we heard some tests we’re taking more than 2 hours to have the results back.

Ugg, this sounds a little like going to the DMV before you can cruise.

For 8/30 sailing, we took DCL transfer from Riviera Reaort and got to port Canaveral at 1:45 pm. PCR test took 25 minutes for my daughter. We boarded the ship 2:20pm.
