I think anyone who works for Disney Parks gets free admission.

Anyone who works for Disney gets some sort of free admission, as far as I know (there's different levels, from getting tickets once a year to getting in all the time). The step-dad of one of my friends in high school had work for Disney doing animation when my friend was in elementary school and they got to go for free multiple times because he was a Disney Studios employee.
