I’m planning through all my Disney stuff for my upcoming baby first birthday trip. Our dining reservation opens in a month. How does this look? Would you change anything?

Monday - arrival day not sure I want to have anything booked or not. We aren’t doing a park and staying at the riviera. Are there good quick service options here for dinner or should I book something?
Tuesday - animal kingdom day. Breakfast at 9:30 Tusker House. Dinner quick service at the Pandora restaurant forgot the name.
Wednesday - Epcot day. Breakfast 10am garden grill. Dinner coral reef at 5 (this is the usual time our toddler eats dinner so figure we should try and stick to that?)
Thursday - magic kingdom day switching hotels. Breakfast at topolinos before checking out. Dinner at be our guest if they are still doing the meet with the beast at the end like they are testing
Friday - magic kingdom day. 12 lunch at Cinderellas Royal table. Dinner for parents at Victoria and Albert’s while my parents babysit kids. Quick service dinner for the kids at hotel.
Saturday - baby first birthday. Late breakfast with cousins at Ohana. Dinner at storybook dining
Sunday - we go home so probably just quick service breakfast

My toddler is obsessed with characters, baby isn’t met any yet. This was my reasoning for lots of character meals.

The quick service at Riviera is very good. They also have casual dining at the bar next to it. The food court at Carribean Beach is only a 5-10 minute walk away too. You’re also a Skyliner ride away from the Epcot resorts, or Pop or AoA. You have lots of options & can decide day of which one you want to try.

I would make reservations for a little ahead of normal eating time to allow for a wait to be seated

Thanks! That’s good to know I’m excited to try the quick service there

I think it looks great and very doable. No super early mornings or late nights. I'm sure it will be a great trip you will always remember

Your list looks awesome! I will say that my1 year old Grands loved Crystal Palace and my daughter and son in law said the character interaction was best there, followed by Garden Grill. :)

That’s one I haven’t been to might be a possibility. I just read the beast isn’t meeting with guests anymore so be our guests isn’t as appealing now

That’s weird. I thought I just read that Beast is back to meeting with his guests. Something about a photo op in his study or something similar?

I saw that they were testing it out which was why I wanted to go back. But then I just saw an update to it saying it’s stopped but may resume sometime in the future. So now idk what to do because I don’t really find it worth it if we don’t get to actually take a picture with him but if they start again close to my trip then I’ll have missed out booking it.

What hotel are you switching to?
I'd also suggest dumping Be Our Guest for Crystal Palace. You already have that day a sit-down, wait for the food breakfast at Toppolinos.
THEN you change resorts. you go to Magic Kingdom, with a toddler and a baby. At Crystal Palace you have 4 cuddly characters, and you have control over acquiring the food. At Be Our Guest, you would need to be careful not to get into the room with the loud storm, which means you will be a loud room, and waiting for 3 courses.

We’re switching to Wilderness Lodge. Ya after reading the beast isn’t meeting anyone again I don’t want to go there. Is the dinner good at crystal palace?
