How does Hoop Dee Doo work on dining plan?

Ok, so we had to use a credit card to hold and they said to pick up the tickets for the show at our hotel. How does the dining plan pay for this? Are the credits taken when and where you pick up your tickets or is it not taken until you arrive at the dinner show?

I'm trying to get a feel for how this works...

Yes, you will pick up your tickets at the concierge's desk at your resort. At that time, the CM will deduct the credits. The credit card is in case you don't show and don't cancel.
