I imagine Universal has some equivalent to the GAC. Assuming DH qualifies, how do you get it? How does it work? Do you have to get a new one every day or is it good at both parks for length of visit?

Is there a sticky for this topic? Thanks.

If you are staying onsite, there is no need for one. If you aren't, go to guest services. They will give you a GAC. You will take it to the express pass entrance on a ride. If the wait is over 30 minutes, you will be given a return time to enter the express line or an alternate line. If the wait is under 30 minutes you will be allowed access into the express line or alternate line.

How does this work for rides you can't use express passes for, like Gringotts? Do they do the same "come back at x time" business, or are you stuck waiting in line even if you or someone in your party has a disability that would make it unworkable?

I saw some TM's signing off on them at Gringotts.

to piggy back on this, how many people in your party can go with the user of the pass? thanks!

We have annual passes and they give us one that is good for 14 days at a time.

Cabana Bay is on-site, but doesn't give guests Express Unlimited.

We're staying there, so we'll be stopping at guest services to get a pass.

you discuss the situation with a TM at guest services on your needs.

no doctor statement is necessary.
probably it wouldn't be read.

Good to know. I had read an online Universal disabilities guide from the Orlando Informer and it said I needed to get a doctor's note.
