How does BOG work for lunch?

I don't really get the BOG quick service lunch thing? I do have am ADR, but I guess I don't get the concept. Can anyone explain?

The ADR is needed to get you in the door. You order from a kiosk or online in advance, find your own table, fill your own drinks, but they bring the food out to you. You don't have a server though like TS they just drop the food off and that's it.

Yes, payment is taken at the restaurant (not online).

When we ate lunch there it did not take long. Once we were seated our food was there within 5 or 10 minutes.
We had reservations and ordered online but they had to reenter all our food into the computer once we got there.

The chip in your magic band. Before they had those, we were given a "magic rose" to sit on our table and that is how they found us.

They still use the roses for folks with no MB,
and strangely the last few times we pre-ordered we were given a rose, even though we had MBs.
