How do you wake up Tinkerbelle?

I've only heard about this and I have no idea where it is? Can someone please give me the details my DD4 would love it!!

You need to go to Tinkerbell's Treasures in Fantasyland. It is the store on your left when you go through the castle. You have to go as soon as the park opens. Go into the store, and ask to wake up Tinkerbell.

For the life of me, I cannot even FATHOM being, 1) the first in line waiting on the park to open, 2) the first to manage to get through the gate, 3) being able to beat out a swarm of people to actually get to the store, be the first in, and get to actually do this!

Not very many people know about this.

So, if you get there at park opening it is completely possible to be the first one in the store. Most people are charging toward Space Mountian or Splash Mountian or Dumbo.

We juse came back from WDW last week and had breakfast At CRT and were able to be first to the shop. We went in and asked a cast member if we could wake up tinkerbelle and he looked at me like i was crazy. He asked another cast member and she also knew nothing about it, but then pointed to a chest behind the counter and then said "say wake up Tinkerbelle". We did this over and over again until the lights flashed across the room. It was a big let down to me because the cast members really weren't into it. It's a good things my kids are young enough to not even realize. Then we asked where the drawer was that we could see tink in and we asked two other cast members. They had no idea. Overall, i was really dissappointed. Hopefully it isn't always like this.

we went last week as well.. someone had their son doing it about 8 or so.. so we weren't first.. so it was a let down..

I wouldn't tell your child about this.. because a ton of people do know about it.

Thanks I'm not going to tell my DD4 about it....She will be too disappointed if she isn't the one waking her up. I will leave it as a surprise for when we get there. Thanks again!

We're not morning people, so although one of my daughters really wanted to wake up Tink, I knew it would never happen. We did stop by the store later in the day, however, just to see the dresser and all. After asking a CM, we ended up finding it ourselves because she didn't know what I was talking about. Very disappointing.

I thought the dresser by the door with the open keyhole was also the one where you woke Tink up. I didn't know there was something behind the counter. Oh well.
