How do you track your programs?

Good Morning,

I am new to the board, and have a question.
I have joined a few reward programs, and wondered
how everyone keeps up with all of the different ones.

Sunny

hi. Welcome to the boards.

I keep track of my reward programs in a binder with looseleaf paper, put the name of the program on top of one page (one per program)

Most of them, I just put the date and the amount of points after finishing the clicks for the day.

The programs were the points will be added overnight like some of the programs. I just keep track of how many they owe me and cross them off when I receive them. Example:
2/1/02 32,000 owe me: 5,5,5,5,

I check at the beginning of the day before I start clicking to see if my balance changed from the previous day and my how much, then cross off what they did credit me for. Of course, it is not fool proof since you really don't know which ones they are crediting you for, but I figure if they credit me 15 points then I just cross off three of the fives.

I hope that helps. I also write on the top of each page my goal. What I am clicking for.

Basically I do the same thing. I use a spiral notebook and have all my passwords on one page then each reward program has its own page. For dailies I write the first letter of the day M (Monday...) then what my points are after my clicking. For large bonuses or shopping points I write the actual date and the amount of points then use a yellow highlighter to make it very noticeable. Once these have been credited I add them in to my total. SOmetimes these can take up to a month to credit.....hence the highlighter.

I use an excel spreadsheet with the date across the top and the programs down the side. When I finish a program for the day I record the points. In the next column, I write down any points that should be credited later. When they get credited I just delete that column from the spreadsheet. If it is a day or two and I see they haven't been credited I with highlight that cell and give it a week or whatever the program says to wait. Then I start emailing to try and get credit. It seems to be working out OK.

Thank you!

I will give your traking system a try. If not, I'm going to be so lost.
