Last night I conned my DS for his car (mine's in shop) so I could get to A.C. Moore and get "rainchecks" for all the sizzix dies that were out of stock.
6 - 50% off rainchecks later, I come home happy as a clam. I will hold them for dear life.
So then my compulsion took over, and heck, I can swing flex pay for a Quick Kutz on QVC!

Ok, that's enough now it really is! Took full advantage of sizzix sale and 6 cent card stock! After all, got this big swap we're working on.

This morning, (cold!) my dog is barking like crazy, I go downstairs and find my Boiler spewing smoke, and there's a fire! So now we're sitting here no heat.. loving my dog and feeling like I need to get out ...
Where alas do I end up (since now I have a six hour, no heat wait for repair guy... You guessed it! Back to A.C. Moore to "unwind" HAH! To the tune of
$100.00! They have ALL stickers (including SandyLion Big Disney sticker sheets) on sale for $1.37 Then the memory paper to go with it .29 cents
a sheet!
ALL Stickers & memory papers are 40% off! I can truly say that I have fullfilled at least a years worth of Shopping urges for the year 2005 in a mere 19 days!
I only wish I had the "Work Station" to go with the goods!

By the way, For those of you who stocked up on sizzix. Our WalMart has a great container for $1.94 it's supposed to hold CD's.. it holds the big dies beautifully! Ok, so addiction is described as... All of the above?!?!?!

I saw the ACMoore ad online this morning. As much as I want to stay away, I'll probably go back as I don't have enough paper. I was buying things that looked like they'd fit in a Disney album, but have nothing that coordinates.

I never thought to ask for rain checks on the Sizzix though! I can't believe it!!

Patty, since I'm kinda illiterate to post pictures, This is the info on container
Sterilite 7 qt/6.6l Holds CD's
It's clear and has a hinged top in two pieces. The top is a glacier blue
color. If you go to website www.sterilite.com Click on Hinged storage A container # 1915 come p. It looks just like it just on a much smaller scale.
My container is #1904

Perhaps with the SKU your store can tell you if they carry them?

I like to "SEE" the name on the dies without rummaging through all of them. This container allows that. I presently have 8 large and two mediums stored in it with all titles facing me. I found that WalMart has the best selection or any of your container needs at the present time. Happy shopping.

Thanks for asking Deb! Turns out the moron who clean our burner in December left the "head of his brush" stuck in my flue! I guess he was new and got nervous?!?!? Figured it would just burn out. It did a slow burn til it caused a blockage. Thank God for my dog! Max the puppy saved my house and our lives.
It took about 6 hours to clean up the mess. But all is well!

That's great! I mean that there was no more damage than that. Is the cleaning company taking any responsibility for the clean up and or cost of same?
