How do you see your "real" FP+ selections on MDE?

Made my FP+ selections for our March trip at the 61 day mark (not sure why it let me, but it did). Anyway, I did a little tweaking shortly thereafter and wound up with some "ghost FPs." Now after today's revelation that you can switch a Tier 2 FP to a Tier 1 attraction, I made some more changes and now my daily plans are a mess.

I thought I once read about a way you can see just your "real" FP+ selections. Can anyone refresh my memory?

The way I did it was to take the first step toward changing the reservations for a particular day. That always showed what I really had for that day without the "ghost" reservations.
