How do you reset the countdown clock?

Just wondering how to reset the coundown clock. I can't find it on the FAQ's and I can't remember how I did it to begin with. B.T.W, my countdown clock is wrong. Did that ever happen to anyone? My cruise leaves in 9 days and my clock says 15.
I need to set it up for the next one anyway!
