How do you reserve Character Breakfast at Vero?

I am staying for the 1st time at Vero Beach June 2 - 5th, and was wondering how to book the Character breakfast (I believe its on Saturdays?? w/ Goofy and Max).

I have no phone number for Shutter's (I think thats the restaurant that has it) and no phone number for Vero itself...

You can book it when you get there. We were there during Easter and had no problem reserving a time after arriving.
