How do you request as certain room or event?

If I know a certain area I want to be in...Can I just call Disney and ask for it?
We will also be celebrating our anniversary there....Can I let them know that as well?

You can make a request for anything when it comes to the room. However, it is simply that, a request. You may or may not get it. You can also tell them about your anniversary. They may surprise you.
