On the main tickets and passes page, under each ticket in blue, it says 'Delete This Ticket' I have gone through that to delete tickets and passes before and it completely removes them. If that doesn't work you can call and have them permanently removed as well, I had to do that when I scanned my husband's pass into my app first before he did, something about it being the primary record so I couldn't delete it, it was very confusing but the CM took care of it.
