How do you remove a ticket from the app?

When I upgraded my three day hopper to an AP, I now have two tickets in the app.
I would like to remove the three day ticket to make it easier to book MP's

Do you know what I need to do???
 
If you click on the ticket, there should be an option to delete that particular ticket.
I've done that when trying to make MP's but it does not remove it from the app completely. Only for the one time, when I go to make the next MP I have to remove it again.

I am looking for a way to not have it in the app account.
 
On the main tickets and passes page, under each ticket in blue, it says 'Delete This Ticket' I have gone through that to delete tickets and passes before and it completely removes them. If that doesn't work you can call and have them permanently removed as well, I had to do that when I scanned my husband's pass into my app first before he did, something about it being the primary record so I couldn't delete it, it was very confusing but the CM took care of it.
