How do you register for the 5K on CC?

We did this 3 years ago when we went but I dont see it on Navigators or anything now. How do we register for this? Is there a fee now? Any information is appreciated. Thanks!

We just showed up in one of the lounges. They took our names and gave us a number. Then we all got off the boat. Easy and low key

My husband and son ran wednesday. They asked at guest services the night before and met up in one of the lounges race morning.. I think he said there were about 300 people. No cost. and you get a cool medal at the end.

You can register anytime after you board, usually at the Port Adventures Desk. They will give you a ticket (like a port adventure ticket). One time that I tried to register it was already full, so they said to just show up in the lounge on race morning.

Wish I would have done this Friday. We were on the Eastern Caribbean tour so didn't get to Castaway until 9:30 since we were coming back from St. Thomas. On top of that, something delayed all ashore and we didn't get off the boat until shortly after 10 or so. Since we were so far behind, there was no "hurry up and wait" for the 5k others have mentioned. By the time our shore excursion was underway at 10:50 many of the runners were close to done.

We've always just gone to Guest Services to get our tickets. The first cruise, we knew about the race but had no clue how to sign up. We asked at Guest Services and that's where we got our tickets. Have asked there ever since. You are generally 1st off the ship (although getting off the ship is a bit, er, "fun"; everyone is "lined" up on the stairs waiting for the gangway to be put out).
