How do you rate the Crystal Palace food ?

It is one of our favorite buffets. Lots of variety and of a very good quality. Not in the same league as Boma but up there.

I rated it as excellent, we eat there everytime we go. I was a chef for meny years and the Restaurant that my parenst had that I grew up in was known for the buffets in Northern New England. I know buffets and in my opinion this one is great.

We have always enjoyed CP, I agree, not the same as BOMA, but very good.

In fact we have PS's for Dec 7th MVMCP

I like breakfast there very much. We have not had lunch or dinner in many years as I think there are other better choices.

I thought lunch was very good and dinner was excellent so I just voted very good as an overall opinion. There was more variety at dinner and the food was sooooo good! Lunch was great but not as good as dinner.

Where did you find the menu on ourlaughingplace.com? I just went to look at it so I could compare it to what was there when I last ate there in December but I couldn't find a menu for it. The one on www.allearsnet.com is pretty close to what was available when I was there. It seemed like a good variety to me but I guess it depends on what kind of food you like. The jerk chicken and pulled pork were the best things to me but they aren't on the menu at allearsnet.

I ate there last week. THe food was really good- especially for a buffet.
The cold salads were good and the hot foods were really good. I actuallly thought the variety of foods was better than Chef Mickeys. I thought the food tasted better than at Chef Mickeys,and Hollywood and Vine . THey had some stir fry vegetable medley that was delicious. The mashed potatoes were great, and the roast chicken was really good. I always try the beef at these places but it is never prime rib or any good cut of meat, it always tastes like pot roast to me. The chefs are right there in the open cooking the food .
So its fresh and hot. Oh, and lets not forget the desserts. There was ice cream, blueberry and apple cobbler, chocolate oreo cheese cake, fresh baked soft chewy choc chip cookies, brownies, key lime pie, and more that I can't remember.
What I especially love about the disney buffets is they have the "kids station". My daughter thought it was so cool to have her own area with food she liked, it was easy for her to reach When my daughter dropped her dish not a word was said, they immediately cleaned up the floor and filled her plate up again, and didnt make her feel bad. I really loved this restaurant, food was great, the characters were great, great interaction. Loved it!

I liked it. But my husband and 2 DD weren't that crazy about. They had some very good salads. I would go again, it would depend on my kids if they wanted to see Winnie & friends again.
