How do you post a poll?

I've been trying to post a poll but can't figure it out. I check the box that says "Yes, post a poll with this thread" now what?

1. Start a new thread
2. Complete the main post that will go with the poll
3. Checkmark the "Yes post a poll with this thread" box
4. Set the number of poll answers you want (max is 12)
5. Click Submit New Thread
6. A new page will show
7. Enter the poll Question
8. Enter the poll choices
9. Set any poll options as desired
10. Click "Submit Poll"
