How do you organize your PS dining plans??

What i have is a word Doc that i typed up with Date, What Meal, Where, Time, Ps #.
I than print out 2 copies( one goes in our Bible Aka notebook) that stays in Room and another gets cut into days and we just grab that days slip to carry with us.

It works for us.

Im lo-tech. :D I have an index card with each day written on it, the restaurant, the time, the PS #.

Excel spreadsheet.

Column headings:
Date, Meal, Description, Location, Time, Conf #, Adult/Buffet Menu, Kids Menu

Rows contain recommended park, followed by each day and a Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner/Other row. Works out well.

I use the PS Calculator, and print off the sheet. Add confirmation #s as we call. We'll take the sheet with us each day that we're there, just to have the confirmation #s handy.

Usually, I use a calendar and fill in the boxes...but this year Concierge handled all the PSs and Emailed me the list!

You can create a PS Report from my website. Here's the direct link: PS Report

Happy Planning!

CamColt is not the only lo-tech one responding to this thread! I too use the index card system. I have one index card per day, and list our daily itinerary, including PS confirmation #'s/times. I like this system because index cards are sturdy and they fit nicely into a fanny pack without needing to be folded.

My excel spreadsheet has 3 lines for each day we are at WDW(B,L,D). The meals for which I have PS are highlighted in bold, which in turn determines which park(s) we will be at. For the meals we have no PS, I type in a suggested option based on where we will be. I have a column for the type of pymt-vouchers, gift cert, coupons, and the estimated cost. I have a column for notes, and for the PS number & time. I list our suggested evening activities by date as well. Not as complicated as it sounds!

I make a rough draft or 2 as Im planning then I just type it all in the comp and print it out. Its not usually a lot though we normally dont park hop that much and we only make 1 ps ressie a day.

I also use the ps calculator. I copied it into publisher and just added in the times and confirmation numbers. I also print our another list with the above info and any special instructions for that restaurant and then cut them into strips so I can just take the ones I need with me and stuff them in my purse.

I also use the low tech, handwritten index card.

I have the day, date, restaurant, time and confirmation number.

I also write down any other information I may need during the trip. When the card is filled out I laminate it.

Low tech, but it works for me.

I have two hand written copie on paper, one stays in the hotel, one in my bag.

I also have the confirmation numbers programed into my cell phones calender.
