How do you order a cake?

My dad is turning 70 during our trip this summer and we'd like to surprise him with a cake. On the night of his birthday, we're going to his favorite restaurant in WDW which is 50s Prime Time Cafe. Can we order a cake for him for that night? How do I go about this? Any information is greatly appreciated! THANKS!
