How do you no what drinks and meals are included from the menu with table service credits when at the restaurant?

Almost everything is included. There are very few exceptions. Alcoholic beverages are excluded almost everywhere (dinner shows are the only exception). Drinks that are served in a souvenir cup or with glow novelties are always excluded.

Some restaurants might exclude "specialty drinks" but they will tell you what is excluded.

Some items that are meant to serve multiple people may be limited or excluded. An item marked "for two" most likely must be ordered by two persons on DDP. Ask before you order. A multiple-serving item may also be excluded, such as the Kitchen Sink sundae at Beaches & Cream.
