How do you make this title bold?

Can someone tell me how you make titles bold on the message board?
Mine never are and I can't figure it out.

You started your thread, so to you the title is not bold - for me however, as I had not read your thread before, it is bold. It's a way for you to know if something has been added to the thread since last time you visited it.
