How do you make Links to your next post.

When reading a trip report, lots of them have a page just for links to the next post in that person's trip report instead of reading everyones comments, which sometimes is really nice to have. I would like to do this and I have reserved a page for it but I can't figure out how to do it? Help!!!! I done some searching but maybe I'm looking in the wrong place.
