How do you make ADR's ???

I'm not quite as dumb as the question suggests in that I know that you can either ring up or do it online but .......

1. The 90 + 10 Rule .If the first reservation I want to book is on Dec 1st do I ring 100 or 90 days in advance to do all my reservations? Can the 90 + 10 bookings only be done by calling.

2. To book online do you go to the Disney site and select Book>Dining Reservations and then just go through each one that you want one at a time?
Have been looking at the correct place?

3.If you book online but want to make changes by speaking to an agent or vice versa.

4. Is it possible to find out about Christmas menus from any of the restaurants ?

The 90+10 is applicable if you are staying at a Disney resort. 90 days prior to your check-in day (http://pscalculator.net/pscalc.php) you can call in and make ADRs for the first ten days of your stay. If staying offsite the earliest you can call is 90 days prior to each day.

At the bottom left hand corner of the Disney home page there is a link for Dining. On the next page click on restaurants. From there pick the general area that you are searching for (e.g. Magic Kingdom or Epcot). A list of restaurants in that area will appear and a Book a Reservation button appear below the restaurant picture.

The online system is great. If the restaurant you want is not available at the time you want it gives you other nearby restaurants with openings. Play a little with the times if you are flexible. The system appears to search over some discrete period of time.

Don't worry about the questions. Disney dining ADRs are quite the art form. They're never easy the first time, but this board provides a lot of good information.
