How do you make / add a request?

We have booked a week at BLT and have a LV. I've seen the thread about the different views and pics. We have to call back and modify our reservation. How do I make a request for a certain item (upper floors, north or south, etc.)?

Call back and ask them to add it to your reservation.

I usually send them a message using the "Contact us" form on the Members website. Works well for me.
