I need some great advice from all you creative types out there. I want to make a b-day button for my kids to wear on our trip. One that says "It's my b-day trip" as opposed to "It's my b-day". But I am cluless as to how! Do I need some special button making kit or machine? Where do I get it if I do? Also if any of you have any pics of buttons you've made for Disney trips before I'd love to see them. Please help! I'm so un-creative!

Short of buying an official button making machine:

Make your own card or disc (index card size or smaller). Use self-laminating sheets for photos to laminate them and cut it out. Either hot glue it onto a pin you already have, or punch a hole and tie on a ribbon for pinning.

We always let the birthday person wear the official pin the whole trip, just not twice in the same park.

I found blank buttons at the Craft Store here in Baton Rouge. It is called Michaels, and I don't know if they are other places. Anyway, you can take the back off of the button and insert whatever you want. I filled my with pictures and picutures of Mickey from the scrapbooking isle.

Michael's is all over the east coast at least and probably over most of the country by now.
