Medium-well. Actually, I <i>like</i> medium-rare, but I haven't ordered mine that way ever since the "authorities" have been telling us that we need to be careful about e coli. I don't really like steak well enough for one piece to give me kidney failure.

Jeff ....well on this one I agree that it is a waste of meat....if you can see PINK however. If a steak is cooked properly, you do not even need a knife, a fork will work fine...Trust me I get steaks so thick that you have to butterfly them to cook them...Now thats a steak.
