How do you like your eggs?

I like scrambled eggs with some grated cheese on top.

Or, if I have some ham left over, I will make a ham and cheese omlet.



Marseeya.....that sounds interesting....I have been told I make wonderful deviled eggs. But I have never tried (or heard of) putting crumpled bacon on top. I usually top them with some paprika.

How do you make your deviled eggs...ANYONE? Our family loves them and makes them for every gathering. I met someone who only used cider vinegar and mustard. They thought I was weird to use mayo...am I weird to use mayo or is it normal?!

Here's mine. They are absolutely delicious!

12 large eggs, hard-boiled, peeled and sliced in half
1/2 cup mayo
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (I use Dijonaise
1 tablespoon prepared white horseradish
8 oz. bacon cooked crisp, drained and crumbled fine


Mash egg yolks with back of spoon until smooth. Stir in mayo, sour cream, mustard and horseradish. When mixture is smooth, stir in bacon.

Using 2 spoons, stuff the egg whites with the yolk mixture. Keep covered and chilled until ready to serve.

My favorite is over medium.

I liked them scrambled with onion, tomato, peppers and cheese toped with sour cream and salsa but NOT an omlet. I also don't like plain scrambled eggs.

Hard boiled in salads and deviled eggs are ok too.

I LOVE eggs! My favorite way is scrambled WELL with cheese, also almost any type of omelet! YUMMY!!
