I have always taken mine black, no sugar, but I am beginning to add a little milk to it every once in a while to avoid upsetting my stomach. I still can't deal with sugar in it - if I pick up my DH's cup and take a sip it is all I can do to keep from spitting it out!
nonfat milk, no sugar. I can drink it black, but usually add milk to replenish the calcium the caffiene saps from my bones. lol Although, lately, it's been all about the coffeemate pumpkin spice and eggnog creamers...
