How do you like JetBlue?

+1 . The only thing I could add to the above is that even their upgrade to Even More Space/Even More Speed (expedited security) is pretty reasonable at $40 pp each way (from our airports...of course, it may be different from other parts of the USA).

Yep, the upgrade fare is dependent on your particular flight. I added it last month and it was $55 pp from BOS to MCO but get en error message online. I called up to add it and it was only $50pp, I wasn't going to complain. A while back I was supposed to fly from BOS to Anchorage with a stop in SEA. On the way back the flight was from SEA to BOS. Going the upgrade was $80 I believe but coming back it was $75.

We had one bad experience involving a customer of size not fitting in her seat and their original solution was to have my husband take the next flight (um no). Eventually we got it sorted out thanks to a generous fellow passenger who heard us say there was no way I was sitting at Newark airport late at night with two kids and six pieces of luggage waiting two hours for his flight.
We still try to fly them but we live near four airports that they fly out of. Usually their tickets are the same or cheaper than other airlines and the tvs are a nice touch

That's crazy. Not to get too off topic, but why wasn't it the customer of size that was made to get off the plane and wait? And/or purchase a second seat which I think is what is typically required when that happens? Sheesh.

JetBlue is always my second choice when Southwest doesn't fit our needs. I've had mostly good experiences with them, and only one time when the in-flight entertainment wasn't working and that was for the whole plane. I have seen on other flights where individual TV sets weren't working and nothing could be done. So, I wouldn't choose JetBlue solely for the entertainment options but only because the price was better than Southwest.

JetBlue is my goto airline with Southwest my normal backup. Yes, I have had issues at some time, No, they have not been bad enough to make me change my preferences. My last flight was from RDU (Raleigh-Durham) to SFO and while I had many choices, (and somewhat an unlimited budget as long as it was coach) I chose JB. We had weather related difficulties out to SFO (including a fuel stop in Denver) but we got there and JB issued us a credit for that delay.

We like it too! My kids love it for the TVs and are so thankful we are flying them in April.

We flew Delta this past April and there is no direct flight from Hartford to Ft. Myers so we had a connection which lead to a long day, so not fun!

Years ago dh and I flew Delta to Hawaii (free miles), this was in 2000. We were in coach and back then they fed us 2 meals and a snack on that flight. Anyways, our flight back, our cabin (coach) had no movie since the screen was broke. That stunk because it was long-Honolulu to Atlanta. And then we had to hop on another plane to Hartford.

I have taken 3 round trips with JB. Two to FL and one to Vegas. All have been good except the trip back from Vegas. This one one of the worst flights I have been on. Mostly because the aircraft was showing its age.
- half the channels on the TV did not work
- The earphone port on the seat did not work/was loose. You needed to hold the plug in to get sound.
- The seat had no padding. If like I was sitting on a concrete bench for the whole trip.
- The rubber padding on the armrest was not properly attached. I was able to lift the rubber and see the wiring under it.

Its not that I would not fly JB again it was just I was very disappointed with this flight.

It's our go to airline also. The seats are more comfortable and we like the Even More Legroom option (especially that it comes with Even More Speed at the TSA lines). We can fly out of JFK or LGA so we have a choice of several flights. The TVs are nice and helps the flight go quicker. And I like that they don't use beverage carts to serve drinks. The flight attendants use trays instead of blocking the aisle for part of the flight with those carts.
