Help!
I've been doing Body for Life for almost 6 weeks now and had been doing SO great--I didn't miss a single workout and had been eating almost entirely according to plan!
Then came yesterday. It was just one of those bad and cranky days; everything was going wrong. I did my workout in the morning, but by evening I was eating everything in sight.
I told myself I'd get back on track today, and I did--till I had people over for dinner tonight, and I went hog wild. Plus, I skipped my workout. WHY did I sabotage myself like this?
I know a day of overeating won't spoil all my hard work up to this point, but knowing myself as I do, I'm afraid that tomorrow and the next day and the next I will just keep cheating because I already "blew it" like this. Can anyone give me some tips to help me keep this short-term slip-up from turning into a long-term slide?
Thank you!!
Janet

so I get to draw my purple smiley face. It works for me. So far this month I only have one black ugly sad face, one flat face and the rest are happy! It really keeps it in perspective that one day of goofing is not too bad, but if they keep piling up then I'm in trouble.
Anyway, we returned late Saturday night & I went right back on my WW plan on Sunday. I just wonder, don't you feel better & more energetic when you follow your healthy plan? That alone brought me back to following WW & going back to Curves....since I feel so much better & have lots more energy when I stick to 'the plan.' Hope that will motivate you enough to just put the past behind you or those extra pounds will be on your behind!
