How Do You Imagine Other DISers?

<font color=navy>There are so many entertaining and interesting people here on the CB....

I was just reading joedisney's commentary on a normal breakfast at his house, and then saw a reply from Zurg talking about his family....

I suddenly got an impression of Zurg walking around with his children, all armed with digital cameras and shots taken of fellow classmates, but all you see is their feet.

I have this image of Bernie with a closet full of shower curtains - which one to wear today?

Sonja with a pet parrot ....


I wonder if anyone else gets these type of images about fellow DISers?

Mary Jo, I picture you looking just like me, and being a good Catholic girl too.

Well, I do imagine Pop Daddy with very messy hair.

I also imagine Rajah and Robinrs with a trail of kitties walking behind them all the time.

Just a few off the top of my head.

We only have 4 digital cameras, but two are what I consider toy cameras (see here http://badshoe.com/jams.htm for some pictures taken with a Jam Cam), so at any given time at least two of the six of us are not taking digital shoe pictures....and of the four digitals only two are going to tale a picture good enough for the site...... well we have two 35 mm SLR and a few 35mm point & shoots too.... and a tv camera....


How Do I Imagine Other DISers? I figure they are sitting at the PC thinking of silly stuff to post on the DIS too.

I always picture DISers to be the exact opposite of what they really look like. In all but a few cases, when people post their pictures the image I had beforehand is soooooo far off!

And MJ, even though I have seen pictures of you before, I see you as Mary Jo on Designing Women. LOL. I'm goofy, I know. I know you are both small, and you both have the same name, so you get to be one and the same.

There are some people who's personality on the boards remind me of people I know in real life. So when I am picturing them, I have the person they remind me of in my mind. They become that person to me in a strange sort of way.

I do have a mental image of almost all the regulars here on the CB, and its always fun to see their pictures.
