How do you handle getting a lounge chair?

If we are at the pool & sitting on the edge watching the kids, we put everyone's things & towels on one chair. There simply isn't anywhere else to put it. .

that is one thing I wish Disney would improve about the pool area...they chouls have those cubbies like they have at waterparks where you can put your shoes, towels etc so there wouldn't be the need to take up a a chair with the stuff! I never sit in a chair by the pool, mainly because by the afternoon the water is just to gross looking for me to let my daughter go i ntehre but early in the morning I would not need to put my things on a chair while I sit by the edge of the pool and watch her, I could leave that chair open for someone that wants it if they had cubbies to put things in....I just don't to leave our towels and clothes etc on the floor for everyone to drip and step on.
