How do you get to "pick a number"

Just started listening to the podcasts-how do you get to pick a number and win a prize???

You can send an e-mail to podcast@wdwinfo.com (this is what I did in November and won time with Corey and Bob) or leave a voicemail---"toll free from within the U.S. at 877-310-9662 (outside the U.S. call 407-574-5093)". You have a chance of a prize if it is read/broadcast during a show.

edit: I think that they also from time to time pick winners who subscribe to the mailing list. http://www.wdwinfo.com/disney-podcast/signup.cfm
