How do you get the mobile app for My Disney Experience?

Hi. I am clueless but i wanted my husband to get it for his smart phone for when we go to the parks soon. He searched My Disney Experience on his phone and a lot of results listed. What is it called? I looked on Disneyworld.com but it didn't say, so i'm not sure. The first result was called Disney Mobile Magic, is that it? I want the one where I can view and change FP+

I have an iPhone, I searched Disney World in the App Store and My Disney Experience popped up. Not sure about android.

It is not Mobile Magic, that is the old one. It is specifically called My Disney Experience.
