Our 180 day window is coming up in a couple of weeks and we would like to do V&A chef's table. What is the best way? Do you call the regular reservation line or another one, What time do start calling ? Any info would help. Thank you

I am also going to try for the Chef's Table in a few weeks for October. Can I call on my 180 day out and try to get it for any day in the 180+10 window or do they only take reservations for the CT on the exact 180 day out?

If for some reason, you don't get the Chef's Table, you might be able to request the Chef's Table menu in the main dining room. I first read about it from Mister Disney's food reports, so I think it's worth checking out. :)

I just went thru this exhausting experience a few weeks ago!;)

You have to call on the 180 day--they won't do the +10 (we had a ressie booked too, but I had to wait & call each morning)

Something that worked for me: 2 people calling at the same time to get the CT. My DisSis & I each called just before opening, redialed...etc... and finally on day 3 of trying, my DisSis got it, so that was great.

Good luck!:thumbsup2

Also, do a practice run some time between now and then. Note the instructions, including which button to press when.

That way, when you start calling live, you won't have to wait through more than a couple of seconds of any recording - just press the appropriate button as soon as each section of the recorded instructions starts.

Did that make sense?
