How do you get park info if you're not staying onsite?

i'm going 8/22-29 but not staying onsite -
god forbid there is another storm - how would i know park hours or park closings?

Your best bet would be Guest Relations.If that's busy try one of the others and they can get you the info you'll need.

I would also guess that all the hotels in the area would have that information for you. They make their money by catering to WDW visitors too. I would ask the front desk of your hotel at check in about it.

They will broadcast park closures or delayed openings on local tv stations and the radio, they did on 9/11. Tourism is a big industry and they want to cater to quests in the area too. If nowhere else you can check with your hotel desk, but most media should have up to the minute reports on tv....
