How do you get more TDM?

I did a search to find out but tons of pages came up dealing with the best places to use it. Enough of searching. I want to know how to get more!

They are awarded by Hosts during their quests or in their rooms as prizes.

Thanks for answering a newbies question. Since so many people have or had a lot of them you can do a quest more than once? Prizes in Host game rooms then?

You can only do the quest once per character. Many here have multiple clones, either a few or -not mentioning names- in the triple digits.
